Who are we —

Chef Benedict Lim
 

Chef Benedict Lim is a private chef with over 18 years of culinary experience throughout various culinary establishments in the Greater Vancouver area.

Trained at the Art Institute’s: Dubrulle International School of Culinary Arts, Ben strives to create innovative cuisine using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.

He is the owner and operator of Ohana Poké Bar – featuring Chef Ben's take on sustainable  fish poké salad, Tabetai Tacos - a fusion taco stop both at the 2017 Richmond Night Market.

Chef Ben also runs Cooking With Ben (CWB) Kitchen – a private dining experience.

PRIVATE DINING

Chef Ben is available for any social occasion where inspired food and service matter. Whether it be a birthday dinner for a group of friends, or a cocktail party for 40, Chef Ben can custom craft a gastronomic experience for an exquisite night of food, conversation and elegance.

Shared plates, 1 dish per 2 guests

Menu is based on seasonality of ingredients with respects to any preferences or allergies you may have

The first step to a successful catering venture is meeting with Chef Ben to discuss the overall catering intention, purpose of the event, menu direction, and other important details that will help make your catering event worry free, memorable, and delicious.

  • Menu is based on seasonality of ingredients with respects to any preferences or allergies you may have
